These Terms of Service apply when you use spiderits.com or order any service from Spider Infotech Services (“Spider ITS”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or approving a quote, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and confirmation
- An order placed on our website is a request for the selected package. After you order, we contact you, usually within one working day, to confirm your requirements, scope, and timeline.
- Work starts after the scope is confirmed and the required payment is received.
- If your needs go beyond the selected package, we send a written quote for the difference before doing the extra work.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless agreed otherwise in writing. International clients can request a quote in another currency.
- One-time projects can be paid in full, or, where offered, started with a 50% advance. The remaining 50% is due before the website, app, or final files go live or are handed over.
- Monthly and yearly plans are paid in advance for each billing period. Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months of the monthly price.
- We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and Payoneer (for international clients). Payment details are sent with your order confirmation.
- Prices do not include third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins or themes, stock assets, SMS or email services, or advertising spend, unless the package says so.
3. Timelines and revisions
- Delivery timelines shown in packages are estimates. They start when we have received your payment and the content, logins, and information we need.
- Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Additional revisions or new features are quoted separately.
- Delays caused by missing content, slow feedback, or third parties extend the timeline accordingly.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos, or other material you send us.
- Keep your account passwords secure and tell us about any security concern promptly.
5. Ownership
- When your project is paid in full, you own the final designs, content, and custom code created for you.
- Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, and stock assets remain under their own licences.
- We may mention or show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.
6. Monthly and yearly plans
- Plans continue for the same billing period unless you cancel before the next billing date. We send a renewal invoice before each new period.
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
- Refunds for plans follow our Refund Policy.
7. Third-party services
Some services depend on third parties such as domain registries, hosting providers, app stores, social media platforms, and payment processors. Their own terms and decisions (for example, app store reviews or ad approvals) apply, and we cannot guarantee their outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins, and data confidential and use them only to deliver the services you ordered.
9. Limitation of liability
We work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee that any website, app, or campaign will be free of every error or achieve specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
